What happens next:

• Course access (Memberkit): After payment approval, you’ll get an email from Memberkit with your login link and a temporary password (check Spam/Promotions). Use the same email you used at checkout.
  If needed, use “Forgot your password” on the Memberkit login page to reset access.

• If you purchased a CME-eligible course: You’ll also receive an email from PeerPoint with instructions to access the CME portal where you’ll complete the evaluation/test and download your CME certificate.

Where to find everything:

• Memberkit: Your course will appear in your Memberkit account as soon as payment is confirmed.

• PeerPoint (CME only): Log in to the PeerPoint CME Portal (new users can register). Inside the portal, open your activity, complete the required survey/test, and then download your certificate from the certificates area.

Tips if you can’t find the emails:

• Search your inbox (and Spam/Promotions) for “Memberkit” and “PeerPoint.”

• For PeerPoint login issues, use the “Lost your password?” link on the portal.
