Check your inbox. Within 15 minutes, you’ll receive an email with your MemberKit login and password. Use this to enter your student area where recordings and slide decks will be stored.

Look for the email subject: ‘Your access has been granted to Psychiatry Letter members area’

Go to the Member Area: → https://members.psychiatryletter.com/

Didn’t get the MemberKit login email?

If the link isn’t working or the email hasn’t arrived after 15 minutes:

Go to the login page.
Click “Forgot password”.
Enter the same email you used to purchase.
Check your inbox (and Spam/Promotions) for the password reset link. This forces the system to let you in.

Important: Don’t miss the Live Links

Because the live session links are sent via email 1 hour prior, we need to make sure you actually see them.

Sometimes these emails land in Spam or Promotions.
Please check those folders now, mark our messages as “Not spam,” and drag them to Primary if you use Gmail.
